Pantone Color of the Year

The Pantone Color of the Year has been announced and they’ve chosen Pantone 17-5104 Ultimate Grey and Pantone 13-0647 Illuminating! This grey and yellow complement each other beautifully and they just might be the inspiration you need as we move into 2021! Let’s start off with Ultimate Grey and how you can incorporate this soft, neutral tone into both your décor AND clothing!

Grey suits have been IN for a while now and this trend doesn’t seem to be slowing down any time soon. Finding a grey suit can be a great way to brighten things up in photos and make a movie away from such traditional suits and tuxes. Adding any color to these suits (even Pantone’s Illuminating) is a great way to add a pop of color to match the bride and her bouquet as she walks down the aisle! Aside from the suit, Ultimate Grey can be incorporated into your décor options as well. Consider this grey your base color as you add pops of color into the mix to add your personal touch. From outdoor decorations, centerpieces and plates – there are so many options to add this gorgeous, warm grey into your event that will add that something special!

Now it’s time for Illuminating and how this stunning yellow can be a part of your event! To start with florals – there are so many gorgeous yellow flowers that are sure to make an impression at your big day. Add sunflowers, yellow roses, yellow orchids or even the dahlia which in Victorian times were used to represent a commitment shared forever! Any pop of yellow will be stunning in your bouquet, centerpieces or décor around your whole event. If you’re having your wedding outdoors, just imagine how stunning Illuminating will look surrounded by the gorgeous greenery of our gardens. Other ways you can use this pop of yellow is in the grooms boutonniere, table decorations or even on your table cards as your guests enter into your event.

There are so many ways you can incorporate the two new colors of the year into your big day. We can’t wait to see how you create something incredible for your wedding!
