Tuesday was a beautiful day and while it grew chillier in the evening, we were able to set up many of the menu selections on the terrace by our Fountain Garden.
The Secret Garden was set for a candlelit wedding ceremony with hurricanes on beautiful classic pillars.
As guest entered the lobby, our staff greeted them with champagne and with tasting samples of Absolut Pear Mojitos and Stawberry and Cream Martinis displayed on our glass-topped cocktail tables.

The Absolut Pear Mojito is perfect for fall weddings and features a mojito made wtih Absolut Pear vodka on a bed of pears. If you are looking for something more romantic, consider the Stawberry and Cream Martini which is displayed on an ivory table linen, with strawberries and pearls as decorations.
Couples are looking for different cocktail station ideas to personalize their reception. At the Expo, guests were able to sample different stations including the ever popular Smashed Potato Martini Bar and the Gourmet Burger Bar. The Smashed Potato Martini Bar continues to be one of the most popular stations and it features a scoop of mashed potatoes served in a martini glass which you can then top with Beef Bourguignon, Broccoli & Cheddar, Caviar & Sour Cream and Chili to make your favorite smashed potato martini. For the burger lover, the Gourmet Burger bar features your favorite three sliders, onion rings and mini black and white shakes.

The stacked wedding cake remains the most popular style for this year. Wedding resources are featuring stacked wedding cakes, in different shapes and colors with fresh flowers, bows and ribbon. At the Expo, the featured wedding cake was a four-tier stacked cake with the tiers off-set with purple scrolling and ribbon.
Our featured dessert presentation was our awarding wining One Night In Venice Italian Dessert and Drink Bar, featuring Italian dessert classics, including Seasonal Mixed Berries Zabaglione, Fresh-Filled Cannolis and Tiramisu paired with Double Espresso Martinis, Mini Cappuccino Cocktails, Espresso Con Panna and Classic Cappuccinos. The station was awarded Most Viable Concept at the 2008 International Catersource Buffet Contest in Las Vegas.
Our Event Design and Décor division had several centerpieces on display including candelabras, chandelier trees, glass hurricanes and the newest hanging crystal tower floral centerpiece.
